Returns

You have 30 days from when you receive your item to action a return. All items returned must be;

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in its original packaging.
• Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase (this can be digital via email or messenger).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. You can return your items by the method of your choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Dog-G8 Company (Cat-G8) is not liable for any items which may get lost or damaged in transit.

• Please ensure all products are properly sealed to avoid damage. With a clear label on display for the courier.
